Policies 

• Please be courteous by canceling your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

• Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged a $50 same day cancellation/ no show fee. A 25% deposit will be required in order to book any future appointments. 

• Any concerns with your services should be communicated within 48 hours so they are able to be corrected as soon as possible.

• If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may not be able to provide the full service but I will perform an abbreviated service at the full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a same day cancellation and will be charged a same day cancellation fee.

• All appointments require a credit card to be on file. If a credit card is declined, a new appointment can not be booked until ALL fees have been paid in full.

• All wedding dates will be booked once ALL contacts AND deposits are submitted. 

• Minors that are under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. Minors between the age of 16 - 18 need a parent signature for ALL services but parents are not required to stay the appointment. Waxing services are performed for anyone over the age of 13 and REQUIRE parent consent.

• Please arrange for a babysitter for children who are NOT receiving a service. This is to ensure a calming and safe environment for all.
